Although motorcycle racing is inherently hazardous, the negligence of organizers and insufficient medical care endangers it dramatically. The risk of death or permanent paralysis is increased by the fact that participants are not able to influence the organizers, who care only about money and fame, not about the safety of the race. Even in the cases of undeniable carelessness there is no recrimination and no compensation. The organizers state nobody made the drivers race, and they take no responsibility for their deaths. Such callousness cannot be tolerated by civilized community.
